Shipping

We ship to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe. Orders typically arrive within 3–5 days of dispatch (5–7 days from when you order). International orders may take 25–30 days and may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country.

Returns

You have 14 days to return your order for a full refund, excluding original shipping. Items must be unused, tagged, and in their original packaging, with your order details enclosed. Return postage is at your own cost — we recommend using a tracked service.

Faulty Items

If your bag arrives faulty, email us within 24 hours and we’ll send you a returns form. Faulty items will be repaired, replaced, or exchanged, and a refund may be offered if a fault develops within 30 days of receipt.
