There is no doubt that the last few weeks have been very challenging. Through this period, our mission remains the same: that no child should have to carry their life in a bin bag, and that every child in care is incredible.

As a team, we have been working diligently to ensure that you receive your orders on time and that necessary giving bags are sent out to children in care while securing the safety of all of our staff and customers.

As an organisation, during recent weeks we have made some difficult decisions in order to adhere to government guidelines: we have have closed our main office / showroom, and we have enabled staff to work from home.

Children and young people in care are more at risk during this time with local authorities understaffed and social workers stretched. There is a higher risk of children losing their dignity by having to move belongings in bin bags or shopping bags. We are working hard alongside our partners to find ways that we can supply bags to those in need at this time.

Therefore, our online store will remain OPEN until it is impossible to continue trading. Orders will continue to be fulfilled daily by one team member to ensure social distancing. All of our team are now working from home. With this in mind, responses to social media, emails and postage will be slightly slower than usual so please be patient. Shipping will continue to go out as long as Royal Mail continues functioning and the government allows us to do so.

Your support so far in 2020 has been amazing. We cannot thank you enough.
