What makes Madlug bags special for Christmas gifting?

Madlug bags are more than just accessories; they carry a powerful message of love and support. When you gift a Madlug bag, you're not only giving a high-quality, stylish product, but you're also contributing to our mission. Our ‘buy one, give one’ model ensures that for every bag purchased, a bag is given to a child in care. Because no child should carry their life in a bin bag or plastic shopping bag.

What is the last delivery date for Christmas?

To ensure your gifts arrive on time for Christmas, the last delivery date for Madlug orders is December 18th at midday. However, we recommend placing your orders well in advance to avoid any Christmas rush delays.

Do you offer gift wrap options?

No, Madlug does not currently offer gift wrap options. As a B Corp committed to minimising our environmental footprint, we embrace the simplicity and authenticity of our products. Our carefully designed and thoughtfully crafted bags are inherently gift-worthy, allowing the meaningful message behind Madlug to shine through without the need for extravagant wrapping. By foregoing unnecessary packaging, we also contribute to a more sustainable and eco-conscious approach to gifting.

Can I include a personalised message with my order?

Absolutely! You can add a personal touch to your Madlug order by including a heartfelt message. During the checkout process, you'll find a space to write a personalised note that will be included with your gift.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can change or cancel the order, provided it is done so before the order is processed. If you have ordered after 5pm, you will have more time to cancel or change as these orders will be processed the next day. Please note that if you place an order during business hours you will need to change or cancel it soon after placing the order.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your Madlug order.

Are there any exclusive Christmas promotions or discounts?
